One Set 2000L Brewery Equipment
One set 20HL 3vessels brewery equipment for one of our Switzerland customer ordered, and our team go to their brewery and help them for the installation since early June, 2024year, at now they just finished the installation, everything is almost well settled, and the whole system is under water test, the 1st test brewing is planned for next week.
Basic configuration of the 2000L 3vessels brewery equipment as below:
– A 3 vessel fully automated brewhouse(mash tank, lauter tun and boiling kettle/whirlpool tank), with one 60HL HLT, The brewhouse is designed for the production of 20HL cold wort output of 14 plato from each brew.
– Full set Siemens PLC system combined with Brewmaxx software.
– 5×20HL + 3×40HL CCTs, configured with glycol line for both cold and warm circulation.
– 4×5HL single wall beer serving tanks with bag inside for beer serving&storage.
– A 500L automatic CIP station.
– Full spent grain transport system.
